The information collected through the registration form will be used only for planning and communicating about the Rivard Family Reunion. Private details will be accessible only to authorized reunion organizers and will not be publicly displayed without permission.

Email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, emergency contacts, children’s information, flight details, sleeping arrangements, accessibility needs, allergy information and organizer notes are treated as private data. They are never shown on public pages.

Households may request that their registration be corrected, anonymized or deleted by contacting a reunion organizer.
